Auction sales are GST Exclusive. All assets are sold as-is, where-is.

All equipment purchased via the Dealers Australia online auction incurs a buyer's premium of 9.5% over and above the purchase price.

For example:
Successful Bid Price is $10,000 + 9.5% Buyers Premium = $10,950 + 10% GST = $12,045.

Registration

A purchased listing can only be collected once full, cleared funds have been received. Equipment sold in the auction is not registered, is sold as-is where-is, and the purchaser is responsible for organising safe collection.

Deposit

If you are the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction and the reserve for the asset has been met, a $1,000 holding deposit is taken automatically via credit card.

Full payment of the balance is required within three business days.

By placing a bid, you are bound by the full terms and conditions of the auction. We highly recommend reviewing the full terms and conditions before placing a bid.

Inspecting a piece of equipment in the auction is both welcomed and recommended. Descriptions and photographs should be used as a guide only.
